The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When Rafael Nisio came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Pendex fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rafael Nisio couldn't finish the play. 7 minutes in the game Ivan Hylander did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Fredrik Olofsson. In the 8th minute the ball was on its way in behind Blågula Fantomer FF's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 9th minute of the match, Rafael Nisio tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Tony Guimarães saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 10th minute of the match Pendex got a corner. Blågula Fantomer FF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gogo Crescencio ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Pendex's Gogo Crescencio to fire away a dangerous shot which Tony Guimarães despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Tony Guimarães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Nisio in the 12th minute of the match. With a little luck, Blågula Fantomer FF's Tony Guimarães got control of the ball when Rafael Nisio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Rafael Nisio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tony Guimarães. That made the score 1-0 in the 13 minute of play. In the 17th minute, Rafael Nisio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tony Guimarães. The goal made the score 2-0. Rafael Nisio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Tony Guimarães made a huge save. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Blågula Fantomer FF's goalkeeper Tony Guimarães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Pendex's Ruperto Nayely played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Koch in the 24th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Ambrosio Silbestre heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Tony Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Nisio in the 32nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Nisio in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Guimarães saved Blågula Fantomer FF from getting behind. Rafael Nisio's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 36thth minute, Tony Guimarães skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rafael Nisio in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Guimarães saved Blågula Fantomer FF from getting behind. In the 43rd minute, Ivan Hylander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Rafael Nisio made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Blågula Fantomer FF's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Nisio came free, but Tony Guimarães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Nelson de Brito heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Blågula Fantomer FF's Tony Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Nisio in the 62nd minute of play. Gogo Crescencio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruperto Nayely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Glad in the 68th minute of play. Olle Koch kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Tony Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Inguma, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Saul Bembe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Guimarães having to interfere. Blågula Fantomer FF's Tony Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Crescencio in the 84th minute of play. Tony Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Inguma in the 86th minute of play. After 87 minutes of play, Pendex's Antonio Inguma made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tony Guimarães was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antonio Inguma in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tony Guimarães saved Blågula Fantomer FF from getting behind. Tony Guimarães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Bembe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Pendex were the better team. Pendex's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
