In the 15th minute of the match ECS FK got a corner. Burnley FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Quade Gorham ran over to the corner to take the kick. ECS FK's Quade Gorham was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Dave Falcioni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Quade Gorham hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After 17 played minutes, Burnley FC's Alemdar Baykut shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Arturo Borubar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Burnley FC reached it. Dave Falcioni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emanuel Browall showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 19 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, Quin Camaño dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dave Falcioni, 3-0. After 31 minutes of play, ECS FK's Quin Camaño made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dave Falcioni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Roch Hatman kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Arturo Borubar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Freddy Falcon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Phil Naylor fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ECS FK's protests and gave Phil Naylor a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The wind increased when Enzo Proietti made the kick off in the second half. In the 57th minute, Alemdar Baykut got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. ECS FK made a substitution. Márcio Trancoso replaced Kléber Lima. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asmund Rundkvist in the 60th minute of play forced Burnley FC's goalkeeper Dave Falcioni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, Burnley FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Felice to maneuver through the defense. Dave Falcioni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Asmund Rundkvist in the 64th minute of play. The ECS FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 13-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ECS FK had played much better football throughout.
