The tension between the Agro Imortal and the Navalito players grew even worse after the yellow card. 32 minutes into the game, Agro Imortal's Wilian Gulak nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Ignacio Grove made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. The supporters of Navalito booed when Agro Imortal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Frans Olsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Agro Imortal's Wilian Gulak got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute, Wilian Gulak made a precise shot to the right of Juan Ignacio Grove. Navalito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 47 minutes into the match, Agro Imortal's Wilian Gulak sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juan Ignacio Grove narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonatán Cabello to strike the kick off in the second half. When Wilian Gulak came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Agro Imortal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilian Gulak couldn't finish the play. Durvalino Azevedo kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. The supporters of Navalito booed when Agro Imortal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Durvalino Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Navalito getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Pedro Tomás Macaya hit a great ball. Navalito made a substitution. Virgilio Buendia replaced Jonatán Cabello. In the 67th minute, Pedro Tomás Macaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dennis Bergkamp in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Ignacio Grove prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, Navalito's Virgilio Buendia got a free kick in the 74th minute. If Vitinho Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Buendia in the 82nd minute of play forced Agro Imortal's goalkeeper Fernando Courtois to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Bobbo Lobera threw the ball into play from the sideline. Agro Imortal's Valério Veiga quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Virgilio Buendia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Agro Imortal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Agro Imortal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
