An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Hibai in the 42nd minute of play forced Athletico Picapedrense's goalkeeper Jesus Sayveon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42ndth minute of the game Joel Hibai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Athletico Picapedrense's Jesus Sayveon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Lunatics of Arianrhod's Joel Hibai in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Jesus Sayveon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Martini in the 68th minute of play. Jesus Sayveon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Hibai in the 76th minute of the match. Eugenio Manfredi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Ömer Ongu in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute Orlondo Aguado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Manfredi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Athletico Picapedrense's Zenon Klewinski was substituted for Orlondo Aguado. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Martini in the 89th minute of play forced Athletico Picapedrense's goalkeeper Jesus Sayveon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fedele Panza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Dadá Rossi fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lunatics of Arianrhod's protests and gave Dadá Rossi a yellow card for diving instead. 94 minutes into the game, one of Lunatics of Arianrhod:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The Lunatics of Arianrhod supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lunatics of Arianrhod would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
