The supporters of Chinese CJ Youth Academy booed when Doffes Damer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Su Yao Ting didn't get a good kick on the ball. Su Jian Jie, 16 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 22nd minute Edinson Haaland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gabriel Fanström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 30 minutes of play, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's Edinson Haaland made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gabriel Fanström was left in no man's land by his defense there! Frank Frankfurter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inge Braa in the 37th minute of play. Gabriel Fanström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edinson Haaland, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Inge Braa to make the kick off. Frank Frankfurter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inge Braa in the 55th minute of play. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans cheered their team off the field, for while Doffes Damer had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
