BK Gubbhöft's Isaac Jonasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlondo Aguado in the 36th minute of play. In the 39th minute Ove Salkvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jesus Sayveon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute Hristo Stoichkov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isaac Jonasson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Isaac Jonasson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hristo Stoichkov, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Geoffrey Dutton made in the 52nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cristo Uria. Thanks to some nice moves Eloi Fontanella could shoot a difficult shot in the 71st minute, which Isaac Jonasson however easily saved by the left post. In the 73rd minute of the match BK Gubbhöft got a corner. Athletico Picapedrense's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ciro Incendio ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on BK Gubbhöft's corner Ciro Incendio fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jesus Sayveon quite easily take care of the ball. Ivón Nafría was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 77 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Athletico Picapedrense's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Veronica came free, but Jesus Sayveon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 93rd match minute, BK Gubbhöft was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Çağan Özver to maneuver through the defense. After recieving a nice pass, Athletico Picapedrense's Juanito Gabucio tried to score from far away in the 94th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. BK Gubbhöft's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
