The ball went over the crossbar instead. 89 minutes into the match, Plaza Jewell's goal looked a bit too open when Eloi Fontanella came free, but Pablo Mei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Athletico Picapedrense were the better team. Athletico Picapedrense's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
