After 11 minutes, Diguinho Souza made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute Diguinho Souza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Leclerc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A well-hit corner resulted in Diguinho Souza heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 42 minutes into the match, Diguinho Souza notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc. Carlos Leclerc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After the first half Atlético da Colina were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Enrique Lara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Hílton Dias tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 57th minute, Diguinho Souza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Diguinho Souza in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Leclerc saved Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting behind. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting a goal against them.
