An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Porto in the 29th minute of play forced Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalkeeper Niek Molhoek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th match minute, Olímpico Blumenau FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by César Prata to maneuver through the defense. Igor Porto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niek Molhoek having to interfere. Igor Porto didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 2-1 via right post in the game's 47th minute. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zé Carlos Alves to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 57 minutes, Igor Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aesir FC FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Igor Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 58 played minutes Aesir FC FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Dalmo de Brito. Zé Carlos Alves's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Luiz Eduardo Galvão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Olímpico Blumenau FC's Zé Carlos Alves in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Mathias Varela hit a great ball. Carlos Eduardo Veiga ran back to his position shaking his head. The crowd rose to their feet as Olímpico Blumenau FC's Isaltino Siqueira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Luiz Eduardo Galvão. That made the score 4-2 after 90 minutes of play. Olímpico Blumenau FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
