Denílson Tepedino showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denílson Tepedino in the 8th minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Loyola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cipriano Sustrai in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeremias Moreno saved ADM Taquaras from getting behind. In the 22nd minute Cipriano Sustrai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taavetti Vihervä made in the 23rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ADM Taquaras's Eduardo Paes. In the 26th minute Cipriano Sustrai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jeremias Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cipriano Sustrai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute of the match, Denílson Tepedino got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jorge Loyola was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Olívio Meireles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Loyola having to interfere. In the 42nd match minute, ADM Taquaras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesar Quinto to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Toledo came free, but Jeremias Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Téo Toledo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Téo Toledo was the one to do the kick off. Cipriano Sustrai struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jeremias Moreno didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ. 59 minutes into the game, ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jorge Loyola made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Hulk Zaracho was substituted for Téo Toledo. Jorge Loyola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Hulk Zaracho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. ADM Taquaras's Nestor Soeiro was substituted for Cesar Quinto. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Humberto Perez was substituted for Taavetti Vihervä. ADM Taquaras's Áron Bódog was substituted for Zaquiel Puredo. With an all-out effort, Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jeremias Moreno threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cipriano Sustrai, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's Jorge Loyola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Áron Bódog in the 75th minute of play. Hulk Zaracho took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jeremias Moreno. Jeremias Moreno dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Áron Bódog in the 82nd minute of play forced Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's goalkeeper Jorge Loyola to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84th minute Cipriano Sustrai shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeremias Moreno saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hulk Zaracho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Jeremias Moreno made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hulk Zaracho got free with Jeremias Moreno in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because ADM Taquaras had won, even though Bazar Alegria E.C. FSCMZ had held more of the ball.
