With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cesar Quinto in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nicolas Castro saved Olímpico Blumenau FC from getting behind. 6 minutes into the match, Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalkeeper Nicolas Castro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Denílson Tepedino. Jeremias Moreno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jeremias Ferraz, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Olímpico Blumenau FC's Isaltino Siqueira was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jeremias Moreno in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Soeiro got free with Nicolas Castro in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Denílson Tepedino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicolas Castro was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. Nicolas Castro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Denílson Tepedino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 23 minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's Cesar Quinto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicolas Castro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 29th minute Denílson Tepedino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicolas Castro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match Denílson Tepedino climbed in front of goal and pressed up 2-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Nicolas Castro. Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Quinto in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to ADM Taquaras getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Denílson Tepedino hit a great ball. Nicolas Castro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denílson Tepedino, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Zaquiel Puredo kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jeremias Moreno took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Ferraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47thth minute of the game Cesar Quinto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zé Carlos Alves stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Nicolas Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denílson Tepedino went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. ADM Taquaras made a substitution. Áron Bódog replaced Cesar Quinto. In the 62nd minute of the match ADM Taquaras got a corner. Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Malcolm Westerberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalie and right to Áron Bódog. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Olímpico Blumenau FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Nicolas Castro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Denílson Tepedino went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Denílson Tepedino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Nicolas Castro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Castro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denílson Tepedino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76thth minute of the game Denílson Tepedino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Olímpico Blumenau FC's Nicolas Castro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 80 played minutes ADM Taquaras got a freekick which was hit by Denílson Tepedino. The supporters of Olímpico Blumenau FC booed when ADM Taquaras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Denílson Tepedino didn't get a good kick on the ball. ADM Taquaras's attentive Malcolm Westerberg managed to snatch the ball when Alan Guimarães made a throw-in in the 83rd minute of the game. When ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Olímpico Blumenau FC's goalie prevented a goal. Nicolas Castro came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino. But to his dismay, Denílson Tepedino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. 94 minutes into the game, ADM Taquaras's Denílson Tepedino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nicolas Castro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. When the referee ended the match the ADM Taquaras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
