In the 4th minute of the game Joel Saldanha made a throw-in which Tadeu Prestes played forward. Carlos Leclerc came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Flamengo FSCMZ's Ramón Furtado. But to his dismay, Ramón Furtado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After some careless play in the Jumeuc Futebol Clube defense, Ramón Furtado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carlos Leclerc. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carlos Leclerc should have stopped the shot. If Stefan Banaszak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 18th minute, Ramón Furtado left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Flamengo FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Dênis Loureiro kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Carlos Leclerc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Flamengo FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by William Simão in the 28th minute. Carlos Leclerc showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramón Furtado in the 36th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramón Furtado in the 38th minute of play forced Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Carlos Leclerc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Carlos Leclerc, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Ramón Furtado notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc. Carlos Leclerc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 47 played minutes Flamengo FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Ramón Furtado. After the first half Flamengo FSCMZ were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramón Furtado to strike the kick off in the second half. Carlos Leclerc didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stefan Banaszak went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Carlos Leclerc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramón Furtado in the 55th minute of play. In the 57th minute Ramón Furtado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Leclerc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ramón Furtado in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Carlos Leclerc saved Jumeuc Futebol Clube from getting behind. Flamengo FSCMZ's Ramón Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 68 minutes of play, Flamengo FSCMZ's Ramón Furtado made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Leclerc was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute, Ramón Furtado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Carlos Leclerc was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. When Ramón Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Flamengo FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Furtado couldn't finish the play. Carlos Leclerc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramón Furtado, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ramón Furtado got free with Carlos Leclerc in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Ramón Furtado came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Flamengo FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Furtado couldn't finish the play. The Jumeuc Futebol Clube fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Flamengo FSCMZ were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
