Juventus FSCMZ's Leonardo Da Vinci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save G.E. Juventus FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Leonardo Da Vinci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Gimeno in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Abelardo Bezerra cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. A.J. 韩文海 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Abelardo Bezerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but A.J. 韩文海 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. Abelardo Bezerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Victor Sena cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Leonardo Da Vinci was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Joinville Esporte Clube's goalkeeper A.J. 韩文海, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Joinville Esporte Clube's Eber Melivilu got a free kick in the 43rd minute. When Victor Sena came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Joinville Esporte Clube fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Sena couldn't finish the play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Joinville Esporte Clube's Jerry Uchiha was substituted for Victor Sena. A.J. 韩文海 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abelardo Bezerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute.
