The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mikail Yerhum in the 7th minute of play. A collision led to E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Galip Özbekkan hit a great ball. Alexandre Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mikail Yerhum, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristiano Lage showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Luisão Corrêa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minuim SS's supporters rose to their feet, but Luisão Corrêa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Mikail Yerhum put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Alexandre Brasil. Horacio Sayveon might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristiano Lage. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Horacio Sayveon ran back to his position shaking his head. Cristiano Lage made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Sayveon in the 34th minute of play. A collision led to Minuim SS getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Marcus Nilsson hit a great ball. In the 41st minute Horacio Sayveon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristiano Lage saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Minuim SS were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Sayveon to make the kick off. In the 53rd match minute, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vinicio Balasi to maneuver through the defense. 65 minutes into the match, Horacio Sayveon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cristiano Lage. Minuim SS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Horacio Sayveon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Alexandre Brasil made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Luisão Corrêa sent off a good shot on target. 78 minutes into the match, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luisão Corrêa. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Ruy Melo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Leo Ponzio in the 81 minute of the game. 84 minutes into the match, Minuim SS's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Sayveon came free, but Cristiano Lage reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisão Corrêa in the 86th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruy Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristiano Lage having to interfere. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE from getting a goal against them. In the 90th minute of the match Minuim SS got a corner. E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mikail Yerhum ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mikail Yerhum got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Alexandre Brasil quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. With a little luck, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil got control of the ball when Luisinho Linhares tried to sneak it across the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
