Serginho Amorim went to the cornerflag to take it. 19 minutes into the match, Compostela FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Horacio Sayveon came free, but Cesar Peyo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Kornatowski in the 46th minute of play forced E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's goalkeeper Alexandre Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Sayveon to make the kick off. With a little luck, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Alexandre Brasil got control of the ball when Justino Loramendi tried to sneak it across the goal line.
