With his leg Cristiano Lage managed to avoid a goal in the 14thth minute, when G.E. Juventus FSCMZ's Elano Oliveira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Minuim SS's Leo Ponzio managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Enio Berger in the 26 minute of the game. Leo Ponzio charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Minuim SS booed when G.E. Juventus FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Mikail Yerhum had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
