The supporters of Pura Arte F.C booed when Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carles Orange didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Lui Vandré had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Edinho Pirani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lui Vandré in the 12th minute. Edinho Pirani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenneth Mager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rodrigo Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Orange, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edinho Pirani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lui Vandré in the 17th minute. Lui Vandré came free with the goalkeeper in the 18th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. Rodrigo Vidal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Orange, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Lui Vandré recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lui Vandré's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Edinho Pirani firmly grabbed it by the left post. Pura Arte F.C's attentive Ferris Stock managed to snatch the ball when Bruno-Henrique Orange made a throw-in in the 31st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Tostão Vasconcelos got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute Bruno-Henrique Orange shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodrigo Vidal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pura Arte F.C's Rodrigo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedrinho Reis in the 46th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Lui Vandré made the kick off in the second half. Bruno-Henrique Orange could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Rodrigo Vidal made a huge save. Edinho Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lui Vandré, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Rodrigo Vidal was a little too slow when Zico Orange got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 59th minute. The score was now 0-1. In the 63rd minute, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Tostão Vasconcelos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Tostão Vasconcelos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Tostão Vasconcelos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 63 minutes into the game, one of Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ defense, Kenneth Mager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edinho Pirani. The Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edinho Pirani should have stopped the shot. In the 73rd minute, Pedrinho Reis fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 75th match minute, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carles Orange to maneuver through the defense. 84 minutes into the match, Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Lui Vandré came free, but Edinho Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ defense, Lui Vandré kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edinho Pirani. The Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edinho Pirani should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Pura Arte F.C's Lui Vandré got a free kick in the 89th minute. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Pura Arte F.C had won, even though Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ had held more of the ball.
