The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A sloppy throw-in by Adrianinho Sabóia in the 5th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by JURIDIQUES F.C's Adhemar de Carvalho. After 6 played minutes JURIDIQUES F.C got a freekick which was hit by Adhemar de Carvalho. In the 8thth minute of the game Paulo José Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JURIDIQUES F.C's Dráuzio Abraão was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 11th minute of the game Marco Teles made a throw-in which Germano Rebelo played forward. If Paulo José Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cléber Souza made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Germano Rebelo sent off a good shot on target. In the 21st minute, Rufino Liendo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the match, JURIDIQUES F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo José Rocha came free, but Dráuzio Abraão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adhemar de Carvalho hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Adrianinho Sabóia made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Matias Blasco. Paulo José Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Dráuzio Abraão tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Maxaranguape - FSCMZ booed when JURIDIQUES F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adhemar de Carvalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dráuzio Abraão came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Paulo José Rocha. But to his dismay, Paulo José Rocha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva was substituted for Paulo José Rocha. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arí Paiva to strike the kick off in the second half. A sloppy throw-in by Adrianinho Sabóia in the 53rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by JURIDIQUES F.C's Placido Llanos. In the 53rd match minute, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henry Winter to maneuver through the defense. Davi Gerber recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Luiz Pombal made in the 56th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's 楚桑松. With his leg Dráuzio Abraão managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Maxaranguape - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. 楚桑松 hit a great ball. After 59 played minutes, JURIDIQUES F.C's Davi Gerber shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cléber Souza came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in JURIDIQUES F.C reached it. After 64 played minutes Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva stole the ball from his opponents and shot the ball towards the upper left corner, but Dráuzio Abraão stretched himself as far as he could, and stopped the ball from passing the line. robbing JURIDIQUES F.C of the goal. Marco Teles kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Maxaranguape - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Henry Winter. In the 70th minute, Davi Gerber got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cléber Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Germano Rebelo in the 72nd minute of play. Arí Paiva's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dráuzio Abraão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Arí Paiva dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Maxaranguape - FSCMZ's Cléber Souza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Germano Rebelo in the 84th minute of play. JURIDIQUES F.C's attentive Adhemar de Carvalho managed to snatch the ball when Adrianinho Sabóia made a throw-in in the 91st minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in JURIDIQUES F.C's zone, Arí Paiva stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Dráuzio Abraão came out of the goal and Arí Paiva tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Maxaranguape - FSCMZ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Maxaranguape - FSCMZ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
