Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nathaniel Burnett took the kick off in the first half of the match. Dorival Freire came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Imbituba - FSCMZ's Nathaniel Burnett. But to his dismay, Nathaniel Burnett quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After 7 minutes of play, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Nathaniel Burnett made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dorival Freire was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dorival Freire showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nathaniel Burnett, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute Nathaniel Burnett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dorival Freire saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Imbituba - FSCMZ's Pedro Luís Fonseca to fire away a dangerous shot which Dorival Freire despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sidney Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Edorta in the 14th minute of play. Nathaniel Burnett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 26 minutes of play, Imbituba - FSCMZ's Nathaniel Burnett made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 41st minute of the match Imbituba - FSCMZ got a corner. Premier FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pedro Luís Fonseca ran over to the corner to take the kick. The supporters of Imbituba - FSCMZ booed when Premier FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dudu Gaspar didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathaniel Burnett in the 43rd minute of play forced Premier FC's goalkeeper Dorival Freire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes Premier FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Luís Fonseca who took care of the corner kick. Dorival Freire made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nathaniel Burnett in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Duda Velloso to strike the kick off in the second half. When Nathaniel Burnett came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Imbituba - FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathaniel Burnett couldn't finish the play. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Premier FC's goalkeeper Dorival Freire, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Imbituba - FSCMZ's Rogério da Silva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dorival Freire. That made the score 0-8 after 79 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Válbson Pimenta got free with Dorival Freire in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Pedro Luís Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imbituba - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Pedro Luís Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dorival Freire was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Imbituba - FSCMZ players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
