In the 13th minute of the game Oscar Lara made a throw-in which Hernani Palmeira played forward. 14 minutes into the match, Ciseski‘s's goal looked a bit too open when Nathaniel Burnett came free, but Faustão de Moraes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Imbituba - FSCMZ's Sidney Motta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Romário in the 16th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ciseski‘s defense, Nathaniel Burnett kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faustão de Moraes. The Ciseski‘s fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faustão de Moraes should have stopped the shot. In the 23rdth minute of the game Nathaniel Burnett who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ciseski‘s's Faustão de Moraes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With an all-out effort, Ciseski‘s's Sidney Motta threw himself towards the right post 28 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Roberto Romário, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rogério da Silva struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Faustão de Moraes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Imbituba - FSCMZ.
