Ronnie Gregoire took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tjark Heerdt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. RÖK's Tjark Heerdt got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 15 minutes into the match, RÖK's goal looked a bit too open when Bahri Ülmen came free, but Aybars Cihannur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zryw Samsonów's Ronnie Gregoire played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pejman Zahedi in the 18th minute of play. RÖK were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Zryw Samsonów's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Pejman Zahedi took the corner. Through an outstanding action, after 31 minutes, Aybars Cihannur successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With his leg Aybars Cihannur managed to avoid a goal in the 34thth minute, when Zryw Samsonów's Anselmo Morera fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. RÖK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pejman Zahedi in the 39th minute. A nice corner shot did that Jarrett Hogan got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Ronnie Gregoire quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Aybars Cihannur made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Bahri Ülmen sent off a good shot on target. Charles Laguna kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tjark Heerdt to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Anselmo Morera shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aybars Cihannur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aybars Cihannur came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Zryw Samsonów's Anselmo Morera. But to his dismay, Anselmo Morera quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2.
