An unexpectedly hard shot by Andres Hibai in the 12th minute of play forced Åstäppa FK's goalkeeper Charles Hughes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per-Arne Alströmer's late challenge caught a Lose Yourself's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. When Peter Örtendal came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Åstäppa FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Peter Örtendal couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the match, Lose Yourself's Rosendo Matai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Charles Hughes narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
