In the 18th minute, Dante Mannie got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Gaudencio Joseph quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jaime Mundo, made in the 22nd minute of the game. Perfecto Mongis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Peyo in the 44th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Martin Asier made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Javier Richie was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Leones FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ the free kick. The supporters of Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Javier Richie didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ben Gant spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Leones FC's goal. Martin Asier in the 59thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Perfecto Mongis, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
