Higinio Lizbeth was left in no man's land by his defense there! 24 minutes into the match, Justicialista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enzo Gorka came free, but Marcelo Abancens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, Gerardo Francho was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Maní FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Justicialista FC the free kick. In the 29th minute, Gerardo Francho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Maní FC booed when Justicialista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Lizbeth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, one of Maní FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 38th minute there was a penalty for Justicialista FC. Celestino Gartzi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Higinio Lizbeth. 1-2. Higinio Lizbeth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismael Cordarrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Domingos Remigio hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Ismael Cordarrell scored 1-3 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Lizbeth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ismael Cordarrell was the one to do the kick off. When Christian Ramone fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maní FC's protests and gave Christian Ramone a yellow card for diving instead. After 56 played minutes Maní FC got a freekick which was hit by Christian Ramone. In the 57th minute, Celestino Gartzi sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Maní FC's Higinio Lizbeth didn't even have to move. In the 64th minute, Celestino Gartzi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 67 played minutes Maní FC got a freekick which was hit by Gerardo Francho. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Cordarrell in the 70th minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Lizbeth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulises Acosta could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Higinio Lizbeth made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelino Paskal in the 77th minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Lizbeth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ovidio Weterio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcelo Abancens read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. After 81 played minutes Maní FC got a freekick which was hit by Ovidio Weterio. The supporters of Maní FC booed when Justicialista FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ulises Acosta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 89th minute Ismael Cordarrell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Lizbeth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Maní FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Justicialista FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Justicialista FC.
