Leones FC's Alejo Louis got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. booed when Leones FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Everardo Loi didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Leones FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Godfredo Ascencio hit a great ball. Silvestre Merexildo struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Alonzo Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Louis in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute Aaron Endira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amador Jakue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leones FC's Amador Jakue played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Bixintxo in the 34th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Domingo Norino to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Domingo Norino in the 51st minute of play forced Leones FC's goalkeeper Amador Jakue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd minute of the game, Claudio Satordi landed unfortunately after trying to head the ball, and pulled a muscle in the back, so badly that he had to leave the field. When Jaime Mundo fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Leones FC's protests and gave Jaime Mundo a yellow card for diving instead. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. made a substitution. Cristobal Muno replaced Claudio Satordi. Domingo Norino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Amador Jakue tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Leones FC's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Bixintxo came free, but Amador Jakue reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Alejo Louis had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alonzo Benet. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alejo Louis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ. were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
