But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Cisco couldn't finish the play. In the 15th match minute, LTA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gaudencio Hernandez to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Lázaro Ayala sped through Olivos AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gerardo Bemabe. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Genaro Iliana in the 25th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gerardo Bemabe saved Olivos AFC from getting behind. Roberto Oliverio was out of position in the 30 minute of play, and Filomeno Abadia capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Filomeno Abadia really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. Gerardo Bemabe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Ayala in the 33rd minute of play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Olivos AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 37th minute. Penalty! The audience was convinced that Lázaro Ayala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gerardo Bemabe was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Filomeno Abadia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lázaro Ayala got free with Gerardo Bemabe in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lázaro Ayala struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Gerardo Bemabe didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LTA FC. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Ariel Cisco put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Gerardo Bemabe. Gerardo Bemabe stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Genaro Iliana's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lázaro Ayala in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gerardo Bemabe prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 89 minutes into the match, Olivos AFC's goalkeeper Gerardo Bemabe had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Ayala. Pascual Olentzaro got his second yellow card in the match during the 92nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Olivos AFC's Pascual Olentzaro got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Lázaro Ayalas short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Gerardo Bemabe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. LTA FC played a much better game than Olivos AFC and deserved their victory. The Olivos AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
