The referee gave Chuscha FC - Ψ - a penalty, 13 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Americo Guerrero, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of LTA FC's Roberto Oliverio. 0-1. Sabino Scapini made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Genaro Iliana in the 16th minute of play. Sabino Scapini was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Lázaro Ayala showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 20 minute of play. Sabino Scapini made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Ariel Cisco sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Sabino Scapini got control of the ball when Ariel Cisco tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of LTA FC booed when Chuscha FC - Ψ - was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Americo Guerrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Ariel Cisco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabino Scapini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Genaro Iliana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabino Scapini read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 47th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lázaro Ayala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
