The NECKER49 fans' excitement grew in the 3rd match minute when NECKER49's Nicanor Vidal looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 5 minutes, Wilfredo Ebardo made it 2-0 with a short kick to the right side. Ayatolá Inmortals's Enrique Quer tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Artemio Fertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Quer having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Ebardo in the 9th minute of play forced Ayatolá Inmortals's goalkeeper Enrique Quer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Checa Villarragut was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 10 minutes into the match. Enrique Quer had in the 12thth minute some difficulties stopping Arturo Erramu's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Enrique Quer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Ebardo's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. In the 14th match minute, Ayatolá Inmortals was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mina Torres to maneuver through the defense. In the 15th minute, NECKER49's Nicanor Vidal ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Enrique Quer. Enrique Quer yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Nicanor Vidal took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Enrique Quer to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 26 minutes, Xofre Bayo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayatolá Inmortals's supporters crossed their fingers, but Xofre Bayo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Enrique Quer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wilfredo Ebardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Enrique Quer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Ebardo's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Wilfredo Ebardo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Enrique Quer was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. 40 minutes into the game, Klimovich Olalla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ayatolá Inmortals's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave NECKER49 the free kick. A collision led to Ayatolá Inmortals getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Klimovich Olalla hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilfredo Ebardo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Enrique Quer. That made the score 5-0 in the 41 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Ebardo in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Enrique Quer prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 46 minutes into the game, Wilfredo Ebardo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Enrique Quer. Wilfredo Ebardo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The wind increased when Xofre Bayo made the kick off in the second half. Enrique Quer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Vidal in the 52nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Remigio Astudillo during the 53rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 57 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Vidal. Wilfredo Ebardo scored 7-0 in the 60th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Enrique Quer, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. NECKER49 made a substitution. Franco Muñoz replaced Wilfredo Ebardo. In the 66th minute Franco Muñoz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Enrique Quer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 71 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Nicanor Vidal sped through Ayatolá Inmortals's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Enrique Quer. Enrique Quer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Franco Muñoz in the 75th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Franco Muñoz in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Enrique Quer saved Ayatolá Inmortals from getting behind. Franco Muñoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Quer having to interfere.
