Keylor Navas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celestino Bazkoare in the 5th minute of play. Keylor Navas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celestino Bazkoare in the 8th minute. NECKER49's Keylor Navas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save NECKER49 from getting a goal against them. After 29 minutes, Artemio Fertus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the NECKER49 and the Social y Dep. Patagonia players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 29th match minute, NECKER49 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artemio Fertus to maneuver through the defense. The tension between the Social y Dep. Patagonia and the NECKER49 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Social y Dep. Patagonia's Isidro Chuan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicanor Vidal in the 33rd minute of play. Geronimo Modestio's late challenge caught a Social y Dep. Patagonia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Geronimo Modestio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Social y Dep. Patagonia booed when NECKER49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Geronimo Modestio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Social y Dep. Patagonia! The Social y Dep. Patagonia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. NECKER49 were winning 0-1.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Wilfredo Ebardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Geronimo Modestio. Gregorio Claude made in the 60th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Arturo Erramu. Isidro Chuan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Ebardo in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute of the match Social y Dep. Patagonia got a corner. NECKER49's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Celestino Bazkoare ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Social y Dep. Patagonia's corner Celestino Bazkoare fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Keylor Navas quite easily take care of the ball. Celestino Bazkoare's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Keylor Navas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 70th minute of play. Isidro Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Franco MuƱoz went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. In the 80th minute, Armando Patrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arturo Erramu took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Isidro Chuan. Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 81st minute Celestino Bazkoare shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Keylor Navas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 87th minute, Maayan GaƔl managed to get in a good position for a shot. Social y Dep. Patagonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Maayan GaƔl was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Keylor Navas breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89th minute of the game Gregorio Claude made a throw-in which Artemio Fertus played forward. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Social y Dep. Patagonia's goalkeeper Isidro Chuan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. NECKER49's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
