In the 31stth minute of the game Celestino Bazkoare who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Copérnico F.C.'s Cristian Gau was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cristian Gau took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Celestino Bazkoare, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Teo Mergildo's late challenge caught a Copérnico F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teo Mergildo helped the player get up and apologised. After 37 played minutes Social y Dep. Patagonia got a freekick which was hit by Teo Mergildo. After 46 minutes, Celestino Bazkoare made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Copérnico F.C.'s Cristian Gau tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sixto Jurgi made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, one of Copérnico F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Copérnico F.C.. In the 53rd minute there was a penalty for Social y Dep. Patagonia. Celestino Bazkoare stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cristian Gau. 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 59th minute, Celestino Bazkoare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Social y Dep. Patagonia's supporters rose to their feet, but Celestino Bazkoare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristian Gau breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience was convinced that Celestino Bazkoare's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristian Gau was relentless in the 60th minute of the game.
