Federico Tevez charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. A hard shot by Gualterio Peruxu from long distance, 12 minutes into the match, got Arsenio Maiorga's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind NECKER49's goalkeeper Keylor Navas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, LTA FC's Ivan Bernad sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Keylor Navas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Keylor Navas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Remigio Astudillo got free with Arsenio Maiorga in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 27th minute Alejo Kaxen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arsenio Maiorga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, LTA FC's Arsenio Maiorga got control of the ball when Alejo Kaxen tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 37 played minutes NECKER49 got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Amaya. The supporters of LTA FC booed when NECKER49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualterio Peruxu didn't get a good kick on the ball.

NECKER49's Aristides Castel was substituted for Higinio Ledesma. The wind increased when Rodrigo Quintan made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in NECKER49's zone, Rodrigo Quintan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Keylor Navas came out of the goal and Rodrigo Quintan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Ivan Bernad took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Keylor Navas to make any attempt to save it. 62 minutes into the game, Ivan Bernad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Keylor Navas. Ivan Bernad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. LTA FC's Genaro Mederi was substituted for Ubaldo Beltxe. Arsenio Maiorga made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aristides Castel in the 66th minute of play. In the 69th minute, LTA FC's Ivan Bernad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Franco Muñoz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute, Aristides Castel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NECKER49 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Alvaro Godoy kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Alvaro Godoy made in the 89th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Remigio Astudillo immediately put the ball in play. 91 minutes into the match, LTA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alejo Kaxen came free, but Arsenio Maiorga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 92 played minutes LTA FC got a freekick which was hit by Gonzalo Txema. Alvaro Godoy didn't quite understand what happened when in the 94 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. Arsenio Maiorga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Franco Muñoz in the 98th minute of the match. Chants of LTA FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as NECKER49 had held the ball for most of the match.
