When Kılıç Şafak fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copérnico F.C.'s protests and gave Kılıç Şafak a yellow card for diving instead. Kılıç Şafak hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Ruben Esdras came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Copérnico F.C.'s Alvaro Montrell. But to his dismay, Alvaro Montrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, La Guardia Imperial's Ruben Esdras got control of the ball when Alvaro Montrell tried to sneak it across the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Ruben Esdras had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Urki Veraza. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alvaro Montrell got free with Ruben Esdras in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ruben Esdras took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sixto Jurgi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd match minute, La Guardia Imperial was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amador Seber to maneuver through the defense. Ruben Esdras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Jurgi in the 39th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Asopos Katsiavrias in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ruben Esdras saved La Guardia Imperial from getting behind. Ruben Esdras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Asopos Katsiavrias, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduardo Honesto was the one to do the kick off. Ruben Esdras showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Jurgi in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Urki Veraza in the 55th minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Ruben Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruben Esdras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asopos Katsiavrias in the 71st minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Ruben Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Asopos Katsiavrias in the 90th minute of play forced La Guardia Imperial's goalkeeper Ruben Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of La Guardia Imperial booed when Copérnico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ariel Ostots didn't get a good kick on the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Copérnico F.C. had played much better football throughout.
