The supporters of Pan Queso y Leberbush FC booed when Copérnico F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermengildo Cordeal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cristian Gau didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonardo Sugar went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. After 8 minutes, Sixto Jurgi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Copérnico F.C. and the Pan Queso y Leberbush FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th minute, Sixto Jurgi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute, Paulino Ledesma hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 10th minute Anacleto Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bonifacio Quin hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Federico Dalmai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Asopos Katsiavrias in the 12th minute of play. 13 minutes into the game, Sixto Jurgi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Federico Dalmai was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristian Gau made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Leonardo Sugar sent off a good shot on target. If Fabricio Ticho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Federico Dalmai took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asopos Katsiavrias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Federico Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asopos Katsiavrias in the 24th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Urki Veraza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Dalmai was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. 31 minutes into the match, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tello came free, but Federico Dalmai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 35th minute, Alberto Tello left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Copérnico F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Sixto Jurgi struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Federico Dalmai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copérnico F.C.. After having played for 46 minutes, Asopos Katsiavrias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copérnico F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Asopos Katsiavrias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Copérnico F.C. were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Copérnico F.C. made a substitution. Antonio Ramos replaced Ariel Ostots. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alejandro Restu was the one to do the kick off. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's Federico Dalmai proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Pan Queso y Leberbush FC from getting a goal against them. Alberto Tello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Federico Dalmai having to interfere. Federico Dalmai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixto Jurgi in the 59th minute of play. Federico Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asopos Katsiavrias in the 60th minute of the match. Cristian Gau showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Sugar, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. In the 63rd minute Anacleto Cortez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristian Gau saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 67 minutes into the game, when Paulino Ledesma put in a rough tackle. Copérnico F.C. made a substitution. Kılıç Şafak replaced Urki Veraza. Asopos Katsiavrias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Kılıç Şafak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabricio Ticho charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fabricio Ticho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Federico Dalmai stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sixto Jurgi's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Federico Dalmai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Asopos Katsiavrias in the 84th minute of the match. When Sixto Jurgi came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Copérnico F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sixto Jurgi couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's goal looked a bit too open when Asopos Katsiavrias came free, but Federico Dalmai reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Asopos Katsiavrias ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Federico Dalmai was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. Federico Dalmai made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kılıç Şafak in the 90th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Copérnico F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Tello. 99 minutes into the match, Kılıç Şafak had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Federico Dalmai. Pan Queso y Leberbush FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kılıç Şafak was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-5.
