Gerardo Romero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Terciero having to interfere. Higinio Terciero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dario Handi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Terciero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santos Goito, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Maní FC's Higinio Terciero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Goito in the 9th minute of play. When Teofilo Niva fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Maní FC's protests and gave Teofilo Niva a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Teofilo Niva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 11 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santos Goito came free, but Higinio Terciero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Terciero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnulfo Ermano in the 12th minute of the match. Gerardo Romero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Higinio Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute Arnulfo Ermano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Santos Goito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Arnulfo Ermano came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Chuscha FC - Ψ - fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arnulfo Ermano couldn't finish the play. Higinio Terciero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santos Goito in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Arnulfo Ermano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Higinio Terciero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Higinio Terciero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dario Handi in the 43rd minute of play. Matias Aznar hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Ermano in the 48th minute of play forced Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Terciero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Santos Goito stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Gerardo Romero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arnulfo Ermano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Higinio Terciero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Maní FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chuscha FC - Ψ - the free kick. The supporters of Chuscha FC - Ψ - booed when Maní FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dario Isaio didn't get a good kick on the ball. 81 minutes into the match, Chuscha FC - Ψ -'s Arnulfo Ermano sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Terciero narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 83rd minute, Gerardo Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chuscha FC - Ψ - fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. With a little luck, Maní FC's Higinio Terciero got control of the ball when Gerardo Romero tried to sneak it across the goal line. Maní FC's Higinio Terciero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santos Goito in the 88th minute of play. Domingos Salomone scored 2-1 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Prudencio Ubarna, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Santos Goito scored 2-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Terciero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Chuscha FC - Ψ - players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
