Angelo Isauro took the ball and in the 31 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amador Jorrin. Amador Jorrin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When Angelo Isauro fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bangla Desh Fobal Club's protests and gave Angelo Isauro a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Bangla Desh Fobal Club getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Angelo Isauro hit a great ball. If Angelo Isauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Angelito Demaria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 44th minute Clemente Olentzaro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emilio Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberts Perfumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, Bangla Desh Fobal Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Mateus to maneuver through the defense. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Olentzaro in the 75th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Munio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 82nd minute, Amadeo Elodio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Emilio Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roberts Perfumo in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 92nd minute Roberts Perfumo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Munio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Clemente Olentzaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Bangla Desh Fobal Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bangla Desh Fobal Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
