Anders Westerstrand's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Higinio Terciero firmly grabbed it by the left post. 10 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goal looked a bit too open when Nelson Wright came free, but Higinio Terciero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Higinio Terciero was a little too slow when Adriano Ribeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 12th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 16th minute, Adriano Ribeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higinio Terciero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. With his leg Higinio Terciero managed to avoid a goal in the 23rdth minute, when The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 26 minutes into the match, Adriano Ribeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Higinio Terciero. Maní FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano Ribeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. The Obscurials's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Fabian Spânu in the 31st minute. After 34 minutes Maní FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Spânu who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Adriano Ribeiro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Higinio Terciero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 35th minute, Adriano Ribeiro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Higinio Terciero. The goal made the score 4-1. In the 37th minute, Nelson Wright hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Maní FC's goalkeeper Higinio Terciero had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Ribeiro.

The The Obscurials fans' excitement grew in the 57th match minute when The Obscurials's Adriano Ribeiro looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 6-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Higinio Terciero prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Adriano Ribeiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Terciero was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. The Obscurials's Lawrance Grandison was substituted for Adriano Ribeiro. In the 74th minute, Lawrance Grandison hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maní FC's Higinio Terciero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lawrance Grandison in the 76th minute of play. After 80 minutes Maní FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fabian Spânu who took care of the corner kick. The Obscurials's Fabian Spânu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Higinio Terciero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The audience was convinced that Lawrance Grandison's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Higinio Terciero was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. Lawrance Grandison's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Higinio Terciero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Higinio Terciero came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by The Obscurials's Lawrance Grandison. But to his dismay, Lawrance Grandison quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. The Obscurials had won after a very even match.
