Kiliz Mauleon was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 17th minute, Patricio Bamford reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jailson Aparecido. The goal made the score 2-1. Aristide Ciuvică sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kiliz Mauleon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aristide Ciuvică, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Moscovi Ψ's Kiliz Mauleon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aristide Ciuvică in the 31st minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Aristide Ciuvică had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kiliz Mauleon. Moscovi Ψ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aristide Ciuvică was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Aristide Ciuvică got free with Kiliz Mauleon in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
