Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sten Falck got the match started through his kick off. Allan Mattsson made in the 3rd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Boris Molander immediately put the ball in play. Fulvio Zoff made in the 5th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Lerum F's Ingemar Nyman. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Falck in the 5th minute of play forced Mele FC's goalkeeper Diego Donadoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuele Berti blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Olof Hjortsberg having to make a save. Sten Falck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roger Ahlbom kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. In the 39th minute Emanuele Berti suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. 39 minutes into the game, Boris Molander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lerum F's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mele FC the free kick. The supporters of Mele FC booed when Lerum F was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Boris Molander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Biagio Quadrini dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sven-Olof Hjortsberg, 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Biagio Quadrini made a kick off. Diego Donadoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sten Falck in the 68th minute of play. When Edmondo Giannetta fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Mele FC's protests and gave Edmondo Giannetta a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th match minute, Mele FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmondo Giannetta to maneuver through the defense. Diego Donadoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Herman Sandberg in the 74th minute of the match. Lerum F's Ingemar Nyman quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Fulvio Zoff, made in the 77th minute of the game. Biagio Quadrini charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Biagio Quadrini the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Biagio Quadrini kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Roger Ahlbom got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sten Falck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mele FC had won after a very even match.
