After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Aleksander Biörkman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vallhamn FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aleksander Biörkman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christian Falk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alsterbro FC's Christian Falk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vincent Fanström in the 8th minute of play. When Torsten Olsson fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vallhamn FC's protests and gave Torsten Olsson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vallhamn FC's Torsten Olsson got a free kick in the 9th minute. Niklas Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Nyman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arman Tillman kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Kjell Nyman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kjell Sjögren struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Christian Falk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vallhamn FC. 27 minutes into the match, Vallhamn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Nyman came free, but Niklas Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Falk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Sjögren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kjell Nyman in the 33rd minute of play forced Vallhamn FC's goalkeeper Niklas Sundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Alsterbro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Sjögren came free, but Christian Falk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alsterbro FC's Stig-Åke Fors got a free kick in the 45th minute. In the 48th minute Kjell Sjögren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christian Falk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half Vallhamn FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kjell Nyman to make the kick off. After 52 minutes of play Vallhamn FC's Torsten Olsson was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 53rd minute, Torsten Olsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 54 minutes into the match, Vallhamn FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Nyman came free, but Niklas Sundberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 56th minute, Aleksander Biörkman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Niklas Sundberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tony Stenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 60 minutes into the match, Kjell Nyman had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niklas Sundberg. Vallhamn FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell Nyman was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Vallhamn FC's Kjell Sjögren got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Tony Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Niklas Sundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Alsterbro FC's goalkeeper Christian Falk, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vallhamn FC's Vincent Fanström was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Christian Falk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 79 played minutes Vallhamn FC got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Fanström. A sloppy throw-in by Arman Tillman in the 81st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Alsterbro FC's Tony Stenberg. In the 81st minute Kjell Nyman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Niklas Sundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alsterbro FC's Leo Björk got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Aleksander Biörkman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Falk having to interfere. Mathias Pålsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niklas Sundberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mathias Pålsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Tony Stenberg took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niklas Sundberg. Niklas Sundberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Bernt Siggesson hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Alsterbro FC had won after a very even match.
