Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Matthias Grubb kicked off to start the match. In the 15th minute, Arturo Mastronardi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The goalkeeper, Filippo Cavallucci, was totally fooled by Grillby FC's Stig-Arne Linberg, who 21 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Matthias Grubb received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Filippo Cavallucci tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-0 became the score in the 33rd minute when Matthias Grubb elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Bianco Centofanti made in the 40th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Grillby FC's William Lund. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Anfilogino Bravo was the one to do the kick off. Anfilogino Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sune Snäll having to interfere. William Lund charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed William Lund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Scaltenigo FC booed when Grillby FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Lund didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anfilogino Bravo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Matthias Grubb came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Grillby FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Grubb couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Grillby FC's Andreas Wallgren got a free kick in the 66th minute. If Anfilogino Bravo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Filippo Cavallucci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefan Larsfelt in the 71st minute of the match. Sune Snäll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anfilogino Bravo in the 78th minute of play. Grillby FC's William Lund managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Bianco Centofanti in the 80 minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Scaltenigo FC's Anfilogino Bravo got a free kick in the 81st minute. Andreas Wallgren charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Wallgren the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Grillby FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 90th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 92 minutes, Scaltenigo FC's Amedeo Muzi got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sune Snäll. In the 96th minute Amedeo Muzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sune Snäll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Grillby FC's zone, Anfilogino Bravo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sune Snäll came out of the goal and Anfilogino Bravo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Grillby FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Scaltenigo FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
