Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Lerum F's Sten Falck started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lerum F's Sten Falck got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 5th minute, Vilhelm Nordin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sten Falck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sten Falck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Anders Byrval made a huge save. 20 minutes into the game, Roger Ahlbom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Anders Byrval. Roger Ahlbom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After having played for 25 minutes, Roger Ahlbom managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lerum F's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roger Ahlbom was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Herman Sandberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lerum F's supporters rose to their feet, but Herman Sandberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anders Byrval breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lerum F's Sven-Olof Hjortsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Agn in the 31st minute of play. Vilhelm Nordin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Anders Byrval tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Boris Agn to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sten Falck in the 51st minute of play forced Alling FC's goalkeeper Anders Byrval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 52 played minutes Alling FC got a freekick which was hit by Halfdan Romlund. Karl-Ove Pilberg was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 55 minutes into the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lerum F fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 54th minute. Penalty! 59 minutes into the game, Ricki Pletgaard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alling FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lerum F the free kick. Anders Byrval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herman Sandberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Sten Falck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Heinrich Hekkert during the 78th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Lerum F booed when Alling FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Heinrich Hekkert didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, one of Lerum F:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Lerum F. In the 86th minute there was a penalty for Alling FC. Tony Flex stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sven-Olof Hjortsberg. 2-2. 91 minutes into the game, Erik Aronsø was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alling FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lerum F the free kick. Lerum F were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
