In the 15th match minute, Alsterbro FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kjell Nyman to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the match, Alsterbro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Johnsson came free, but Christian Falk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rickard Johnsson in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christian Falk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Blågula Fantomer FF booed when Alsterbro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Åke Fors didn't get a good kick on the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Alsterbro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Glad came free, but Christian Falk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Falk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rickard Johnsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 35th minute, Michael Åman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Tony Stenberg came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Alsterbro FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Stenberg couldn't finish the play. 45 minutes into the game, Ivan Hylander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Blågula Fantomer FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alsterbro FC the free kick. In the 45th minute, Leo Björk sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Blågula Fantomer FF's Tony Guimarães didn't even have to move. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kjell Nyman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gabriel Jönsson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Christian Falk made a huge save. If Kjell Nyman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alsterbro FC's Bernt Siggesson managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ivan Hylander in the 56 minute of the game. 57 minutes into the game, Leo Björk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Alsterbro FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Blågula Fantomer FF the free kick. Leo Björk kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Christian Falk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gabriel Jönsson in the 60th minute. A throw-in in the 63rd minute of the game was made by Gustaf Nordström with Lech Warka as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Tony Stenberg struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Tony Guimarães didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Alsterbro FC. Blågula Fantomer FF's Tony Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tony Stenberg in the 72nd minute of play. Rickard Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Christian Falk having to interfere. Gabriel Jönsson struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Christian Falk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Blågula Fantomer FF. 80 minutes into the match, Alsterbro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rickard Johnsson came free, but Christian Falk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With 83 minutes on the clock, Michael Åman commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Alsterbro FC! Alsterbro FC:s Christian Falk showed great skill when he stopped Rickard Johnsson:s penalty. Erik Berglund hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. The Blågula Fantomer FF fans' excitement grew in the 91st match minute when Blågula Fantomer FF's Gabriel Jönsson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 94 minutes of play, Blågula Fantomer FF's Rickard Johnsson made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Christian Falk was left in no man's land by his defense there! The Blågula Fantomer FF players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
