Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Damiano Cacciatore got the match started through his kick off. Alberto Ferraro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredric Nilsson in the 5th minute of the match. After having played for 11 minutes, Fredric Nilsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lost Boys Academy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fredric Nilsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Lundqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 16th match minute, Lost Boys Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Kihlman to maneuver through the defense. In a very dangerous position, a player in Lost Boys Academy fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 17th minute. Penalty! Eraldo Sivieri shot the penalty kick right outside the post. 22 minutes into the game, Damiano Cacciatore cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Fabian Modig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th minute of the match Vigodarzere FC got a corner. Lost Boys Academy's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Eraldo Sivieri ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Vigodarzere FC's corner Eraldo Sivieri fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Fabian Modig quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Damiano Cacciatore in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fabian Modig saved Lost Boys Academy from getting behind. When Damiano Cacciatore in the 31st play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Fabian Modig kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 2-0 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Cacciatore in the 34th minute of play forced Lost Boys Academy's goalkeeper Fabian Modig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 35 minutes Lost Boys Academy's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eraldo Sivieri who took care of the corner kick. After a defensive mix-up in Lost Boys Academy's zone, Damiano Cacciatore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fabian Modig came out of the goal and Damiano Cacciatore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Lost Boys Academy's Ian Hellkvist got a free kick in the 40th minute. Amedeo Di Iorio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fredrik Brun during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 42nd match minute, Lost Boys Academy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fredrik Brun to maneuver through the defense. After 45 played minutes Vigodarzere FC got a freekick which was hit by Dino Tesone. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell David Lundqvist to make the kick off. If Fredric Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amedeo Di Iorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Modig having to interfere. Lost Boys Academy's Fabian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano Cacciatore in the 59th minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Lost Boys Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Damiano Cacciatore came free, but Fabian Modig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabian Modig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damiano Cacciatore in the 66th minute of the match. A collision led to Vigodarzere FC getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Dino Tesone hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fredric Nilsson got free with Alberto Ferraro in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Alberto Ferraro made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Fredric Nilsson sent off a good shot on target. Lost Boys Academy's Fabian Modig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fulvio De Rossi in the 72nd minute of play. Fabian Modig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damiano Cacciatore, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. 3-0 became the score in the 79th minute when Damiano Cacciatore elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Damiano Cacciatore blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabian Modig having to make a save. In the 83rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Lost Boys Academy's goalkeeper Fabian Modig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabian Modig made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amedeo Di Iorio in the 85th minute of play. Damiano Cacciatore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damiano Cacciatore fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabian Modig having to interfere. There was no doubt that Vigodarzere FC were the better team. Vigodarzere FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
