After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Matthias Grubb managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grillby FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthias Grubb was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Tunberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Sune Snäll showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Brian Stabbe, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Axel Palmkvist made a kick off. Tun FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Brian Stabbe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 0-2 became the score in the 53rd minute when Axel Palmkvist elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Matthias Grubb made a precise shot to the right of Carl Tunberg. Tun FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. 63 minutes into the match, Matthias Grubb had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl Tunberg. Tun FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Grubb was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Grillby FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Larsfelt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Grillby FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Tun FC had controlled the match.
