Diego Donadoni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nickolas Marx in the 13th minute of play. A collision led to Mele FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Dario Iob hit a great ball. After 15 played minutes Eget FC got a freekick which was hit by Nigel Hermannsdottir. Gustaf Birklum charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gustaf Birklum the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After recieving a nice pass, Mele FC's Achille Manzo tried to score from far away in the 17th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Calle Witcetz came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Mele FC's Dario Iob. But to his dismay, Dario Iob quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Damiano De Tommasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calle Witcetz having to interfere. Emanuele Berti fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calle Witcetz having to interfere. If Lasse Dueskov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eget FC's Calle Witcetz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Damiano De Tommasi in the 36th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Edmondo Giannetta in the 42nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Eget FC's Flemming Etwil. After 47 minutes, Edoardo Di Ianni mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mele FC and the Eget FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nickolas Marx to strike the kick off in the second half. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nickolas Marx in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diego Donadoni saved Mele FC from getting behind. Diego Donadoni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nickolas Marx in the 55th minute of the match. After 61 played minutes Damiano De Tommasi rounded Eget FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. Eget FC's attentive Flemming Etwil managed to snatch the ball when Fulvio Zoff made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. Diego Donadoni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nickolas Marx, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 68 minutes, Camillo Bosco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mele FC and the Eget FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Camillo Bosco hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. When Lasse Dueskov came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Eget FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lasse Dueskov couldn't finish the play. After 80 played minutes Eget FC got a freekick which was hit by Morten Lyngemark. If Nickolas Marx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuele Berti was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 86th minute. Mele FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Calle Witcetz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damiano De Tommasi in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Mele FC were awarded a corner. Achille Manzo went to the cornerflag to take it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nickolas Marx in the 90th minute of play forced Mele FC's goalkeeper Diego Donadoni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mele FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
