After 15 minutes of play, Zlatan BK's Robin Skog made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Evelio Acevedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Evelio Acevedo came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Zlatan BK's Gunnar Wester. But to his dismay, Gunnar Wester quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. LEBRON's Evelio Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Wester in the 23rd minute of play. Evelio Acevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Wester in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorino Leoiar during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Zlatan BK booed when LEBRON was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Leoiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. LEBRON's Evelio Acevedo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robin Skog in the 30th minute of play. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Jan-Olof Björck sped through LEBRON's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Evelio Acevedo. Evelio Acevedo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulf Lundin in the 42nd minute of play. 47 minutes into the match, LEBRON's Candido Eztebe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Billy Pihl narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The LEBRON players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Zlatan BK were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Robin Skog was the one to do the kick off. In the 64th minute Jan-Olof Björck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evelio Acevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute of the match Allan Blomqvist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Evelio Acevedo skillfully saved the ball. Jan-Olof Björck charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Olof Björck the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.
