After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Silvio Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Rainerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chicão Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 8th minute Marius Petrean shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Franquis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute of the match, Silvio Rainerio got a very nice opportunity to score, but Chicão Queirós was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Rainerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 36th minute, Silvio Rainerio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Chicão Queirós was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 39th minute Thomas Stålberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tristan Franquis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marius Petrean in the 41st minute of play forced Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's goalkeeper Tristan Franquis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nuno Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Thomas Stålberg was the one to do the kick off. If Thomas Stålberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mümtaz Teren in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chicão Queirós prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chicão Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mümtaz Teren in the 76th minute of play. ★RO★ T-REX's Chicão Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mümtaz Teren in the 77th minute of play. Chicão Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mümtaz Teren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 81 minutes into the match, ★RO★ T-REX's goal looked a bit too open when Braulio Castulo came free, but Chicão Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ★RO★ T-REX fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chicão Queirós should have stopped the shot. Chicão Queirós stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mümtaz Teren's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. The supporters of Imperio Catatumbo de Lara booed when ★RO★ T-REX was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thomas Stålberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Silvio Rainerio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvio Rainerio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Chicão Queirós breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There was no doubt that Imperio Catatumbo de Lara were the better team. Imperio Catatumbo de Lara's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
