After some careless play in the Piratas FC defense, Feliciano Iratxo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Raimond Lenk. The Piratas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Raimond Lenk should have stopped the shot. 8 minutes in the game Damian Bernabel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Spyros Zacharioudakis. Raimond Lenk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Aires went, in the 9th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 15 minutes into the game, Loco De Remate's Amado Nisio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Raimond Lenk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Damian Bernabel hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. Raimond Lenk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Aires in the 24th minute of play. Raimond Lenk came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Loco De Remate's Rene Aires. But to his dismay, Rene Aires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. If Bruno Medero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes into the match, Piratas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rene Aires came free, but Raimond Lenk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Rene Aires notched a goal, 0-6, to the right of Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk. Raimond Lenk was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Piratas FC's Raimond Lenk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rene Aires in the 47th minute of play. After the first half Loco De Remate were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rene Aires was the one to do the kick off. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Raimond Lenk successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rene Aires got free with Raimond Lenk in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Raimond Lenk made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Rene Aires sent off a good shot on target. In the 62nd minute Rene Aires shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Raimond Lenk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rene Aires struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Raimond Lenk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Loco De Remate. In the 72nd minute, Rene Aires left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Loco De Remate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Raimond Lenk made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Hıdır Namal sent off a good shot on target. Raimond Lenk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Medero in the 79th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Hıdır Namal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loco De Remate's supporters rose to their feet, but Hıdır Namal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raimond Lenk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hıdır Namal in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raimond Lenk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raimond Lenk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hıdır Namal's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. The Loco De Remate supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Loco De Remate would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
