In the 12th minute Sten Vallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 15 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Nereo Monico came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ATILA were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after Granate's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Genadi Kotrulev took the corner. The corner led ATILA's Genadi Kotrulev to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonathan Palmquist despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Jonathan Palmquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sten Vallman in the 18th minute of the match. When Granate's Christos Triantafyllou in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye ATILA's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of ATILA booed when Granate was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 28thth minute of the game Leukothoe Sakelaris who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ATILA's Placido Matro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 32nd minute of the match, Genadi Kotrulev tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Palmquist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the last second Jonathan Palmquist throw himself and got hold of the ball when Sten Vallman in the 33rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Jonathan Palmquist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Neeskens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute of the match ATILA got a corner. Granate's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Genadi Kotrulev ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on ATILA's corner Genadi Kotrulev fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Palmquist quite easily take care of the ball. Sten Vallman's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Jonathan Palmquist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Osvaldo Euloxu charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osvaldo Euloxu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Granate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Osvaldo Euloxu to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Jaakko Ramstadius managed to get in a good position for a shot. Granate's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaakko Ramstadius was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Placido Matro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

A collision led to ATILA getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Thomas Kostakos hit a great ball. ATILA's Placido Matro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save ATILA from getting a goal against them. 57 minutes into the match, Granate's goal looked a bit too open when Sten Vallman came free, but Jonathan Palmquist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, ATILA's Placido Matro got control of the ball when Christos Triantafyllou tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 63 minutes, Sten Vallman mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ATILA and the Granate players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute of the match, Jaakko Ramstadius tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Placido Matro saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Nereo Monico sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sten Vallman in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Palmquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jonathan Palmquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sten Vallman's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. Placido Matro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaakko Ramstadius, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Genadi Kotrulev in the 73rd minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Jaakko Ramstadius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Matro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Enzo Hermon made a great header on Granate's corner, it was just that ATILA's Placido Matro managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 91st minute Sten Vallman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Palmquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
