Damian Bernabel was slow to take the kick. During this time Piratas FC's players had a chance to rest. Piratas FC's Damian Bernabel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jonathan Palmquist in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Hernandez in the 13th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Jonathan Palmquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute, Granate's Robert Kirby ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Raimond Lenk. Raimond Lenk yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. With 18 minutes on the clock, Syaiful Abidin commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 18th match minute, Granate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Syaiful Abidin to maneuver through the defense. Damian Bernabel's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Palmquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. Jonathan Palmquist came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Piratas FC's Constantino Idacio. But to his dismay, Constantino Idacio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 37 minutes into the game, Piratas FC's Roman Steven nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonathan Palmquist made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. If Robert Kirby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Piratas FC's Nunez Hernandez in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Granate's goalie prevented a goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Constantino Idacio made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Palmquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Constantino Idacio's shot from short distance in the 50th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Piratas FC's Spyros Zacharioudakis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jonathan Palmquist. That made the score 2-3 after 53 minutes of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Kirby in the 58th minute of play forced Piratas FC's goalkeeper Raimond Lenk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nunez Hernandez kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of Granate booed when Piratas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeo Francesco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 66 played minutes, Granate's Enzo Hermon shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Raimond Lenk came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Granate reached it. Nunez Hernandez's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Jonathan Palmquist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 75 minutes, Nunez Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Piratas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nunez Hernandez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Palmquist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Constantino Idacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Raimond Lenk didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christos Triantafyllou went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. Robert Kirby received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Raimond Lenk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimond Lenk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robert Kirby, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Raimond Lenk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christos Triantafyllou, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Granate were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
